SESSIONS 1-2 - We start with Where do you want to be in six months? Physically, Emotionally, Financially, Spiritually and Courageously.

Sessions 2-4 - Related written suggestions and affirmations- around the goals. We look at the past but we don't stare at it - important to see what are the fears - and what has held you back - we examine this and then create a vision forward.

Sessions 4-6 - Vision Board/ Slides - we incorporate the goals and intentions - Create a physical program and Optimal Health plan - that is manageable but helps to move the stuck energy toward freedom.

Session 6-10- Specific to each person the Final four sessions are directed toward what is learned in questions answered 1-2. I promise you deep clarity and connection and new habits toward optimal living. Hypnotherapy, Motivational Coaching, Relaxation Techniques and Empathy included. You will release shame and guilt and anything else that is not serving you.
