My Services

Hypnotherapy
Clients begin progressing from the first session, and each session builds upon the previous ones. Hypnotherapy is different from traditional therapy. With practice and learning the techniques, change happens quickly.
As an empathetic stress and pain management counselor serving the San Francisco area, I will work with you to support your time and energy as you explore the most effective and lasting way to overcome personal obstacles, the things that keep holding you back from a life beyond your wildest dreams.
Each Yoga Therapy session begins with a thorough assessment, including an in-depth dialogue about what is happening in your body and mind. I use various techniques, including breathing, yoga poses, relaxation, and meditation. We also use Hatha and Vinyasa Flow techniques to guide individuals through authentic movements focused on alignment and posture points.
If you’re a hypnotist looking to grow your skills or meet continuing education requirements, my workshops offer practical, real-world strategies you can apply immediately. They’re approved for CE credits—so you can grow and learn while staying current with your professional development.
