My goal is to help people feel better, live better, and take control of the things that feel out of balance. Through hypnotherapy, I work with clients on all sorts of challenges—like stress, anxiety, habits they want to break, trouble sleeping, or just feeling stuck. Everyone’s journey is different, and I’m here to provide a relaxed, supportive space where real change can happen—at your pace, in your way.

I’ve been helping people achieve their health and wellness goals for over 20 years, and it is my greatest joy!
