This monthly women’s support group is a safe, nurturing virtual space designed for women to connect, share, and grow together. Each month, we explore a specific topic focused on personal development, emotional wellness, and inner empowerment—blending open discussion with guided learning and therapeutic insight.
Participants are invited to share their experiences (as much or as little as they wish), receive support from the group, and gain practical tools rooted in hypnotherapy and mindful awareness. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, connection, or simply a supportive community, this circle offers a welcoming environment to feel heard, understood, and inspired.

Presenter: Amy Naber holds a Masters degree in counseling psychology, Certified Clinical and Master Hypnotherapist, Health & Wellness specialist, group facilitator and Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation teacher since 2000. Amy is available for corporate Wellness, retreats and private sessions. Her passion is for all to live well and to create the life you love!
