Sleep is our ground floor. Without sleep, everything gets affected, including our nervous system, cortisol levels rise, and emotional health suffers. Sleep helps us feel good about ourselves and those around us.

Typically, we don’t think about sleep unless we are not sleeping. If you feel exhausted day in and day out, dreading nighttime while lying in bed for hours hoping your body didn’t forget to sleep, you are in the correct place.

359782673Steps to sleep – my approach to take action

I start with an evaluation that includes an intake questionnaire where you will answer a few questions about your current sleep habits and what you want to achieve. The first session involves consultation on the phone or Zoom. This consultation typically lasts 60-90 minutes. Together, we will develop a sleep plan of action for you.

Everyone has unique needs. In a trusting environment, I will take the time to make your plan of action personalized to meet your needs. You will receive a sleep log that allows us to keep track of your progress simply and easily.

We will have four follow-ups designed to help address progress and any challenges, providing us an opportunity to shift things on the spot. These sessions will involve check-ins ranging from 4 to 30 minutes in length.

Together, we find what else is necessary for sleeping success night after night.
