First STEP – the breath! It’s the most powerful tool available to us. Together, in the sessions, we will assess your breath, learn to breathe correctly, and everything begins to feel better. Then, we connect the two: breath and movement equal yoga.

The Breathe Method Yoga Therapy is here to help you regain connection. We are not only our minds or bodies – we need a connection between mind and body. The breath connects the two.

The Breathe Method Yoga Therapy online is my greatest JOY! The mind, body, and breath connection will change your life forever!

Have you ever felt like your mind is in one corner of a room and your body in another? Do you have a head on top of your body that is always thinking, causing you to feel disconnected when you move your body?

The Breathe Method Yoga Therapy is here to connect the two. It is unique because it incorporates SOMATICS, which integrates not only a physical practice but addresses injuries, developmental challenges, psychological issues, and curiosity into a body/mind connection.

My method is for beginners, but also for the seasoned yogi that wants to go deeper.

The Breathe Method Yoga Therapy promotes optimal health and assists in removing mental and emotional barriers. Above all else, this will help you feel energized and uplifted.

Each Breathe Method Yoga Therapy session begins with a thorough assessment, including an in-depth dialogue about what is happening in your body and mind. I use various techniques, including breathing, yoga poses, relaxation, and meditation.

We also use Hatha and Vinyasa Flow techniques to guide individuals through authentic movements focused on alignment and posture points.

Breathe Online Yoga offers personalized classes designed for individuals, duets, groups, clubs, or corporate organizations. We don’t go emotionally deep; we breathe, move, and glisten.

Breathe Yoga aims to promote all-around positive health. In doing so, we will connect MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT.

Breathe Yoga focuses on authentic movements that are respectful to alignment; you are free to connect to each specific movement and go at your own pace.

Each Breathe Yoga class begins with a short check-in. I will ask short, specific questions to gear the practice specifically to the need. Then, we get to breathing and moving. We always end with an appreciation for the mind and body connection and relaxation.

Class time frame varies. Together, we will decide on what works best for you.
