This script guides a classic eye-fixation induction in which the client focuses on the therapist’s nose bridge to avoid mutual trance.

Through suggestions of blinking, eyelid heaviness, and eye fatigue, the client naturally drifts into hypnosis. Once the eyes close, the script deepens relaxation by directing warm, soothing sensations throughout the body and guiding the client down an imagined staircase, moving them into a deeper, peaceful hypnotic state.
