Session One: The first session will be 75 minutes, intake and getting a clear direction of what is currently happening and what is the goal. The sessions are personal and directed toward what is best for each person.
Session Two: Most often the second session is geared toward shifting the old pattern - deep seeded - subconscious behaviors that are stuck. We “UNSTICK” and do this through the power of suggestion and affirmations. Getting deeply clear on the direction of what you deserve and freedom from what is holding you back and why.
Session Three: Third session is Hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques that shift Neuroplasticity (stuck brain patterns) that include the affirmation and suggestions that we have worked on in partnership. You will have the recording of the session to listen to daily. Repetition is key and very few practitioners offer this - It is the BEAUTY of working The Breathe Method. Repetition creates new behavior.
