Amy will guide us in how to Breathe Deeply Again to deepen the connection back to self, enhance self awareness, reduce stress, anxiety, increase deep sleep and clarity.

Breathing happens automatically, so why learn simple breathing techniques? Many of us live in auto-pilot, often in a charged nervous system known as fight or flight. Moving from one thing to the next without much thought or breath awareness in between tasks, thoughts, experiences, feelings or emotions.

We often hold our breath during the day or take short, shallow breaths. Keeping the nervous system in this fight or flight state of being. Which can affect sleep, energy level, concentration, anxiety and overall well being.

In this Breath Workshop we will move through four styles of Breathing techniques and a guided relaxation that will reduce the effects of stress and a taxed nervous system.

Learning these will be life changing for yourself and your loved ones. A detailed handout will be included.
